The Site License Reporting Screen

This screen allows you to explore various aspects of your site license. It is only available if you have registered for a site license and are logged in as the Registration user.

There are four sections to this screen as described below:

Your License Section

This section simply shows a summary of your site license. The total number of registered calendars is shown first followed by the number of licenses you've used and the number of licenses still available.

Generate Report Section

The Generate Report Section contains a single link to initiate the generation of a site license report. Note that this report make no modifications whatsoever to any calendar (use the Maintain Site License screen for making changes to the calendar databases).

Press this link to start the report. When you press that link this page will continually reload, reporting current status with each reload, until the report is completed. On the status page you can press the "Cancle this report link to stop the reporting process without waiting for it to complete.

More Information Section

This section contains a simple link to some important help files concerning the site license.

Most Recent Report Section

The final section of this screen displays the most recently generated report.

  • The first section of the report looks like this:

The begining of the report details when it was run, whether or not it was completed and the data folder that was reported on.

Following that the report shows various statistics such as the number of folder, calendars and files encountered during the report.

Additionally the number of .bak files and the disc space used by these files is presented. You may delete these files in the Maintain screen. .bak files are created during the regular use of the software to make backups of modified files.

  • The next section of the report looks like this:

The number of calendars that contain various numbers of events is presented next.

Active calendars are any calendars that contain one or more events or to do list items (even deleted items).

In-active calendars are calendars that contain no events or to do list items (not event deleted items).

  • The next section of the report looks like this:

This section shows the distribution of when the calendars on the system have been accessed. Each calendar stores a record of the date and time it was last accessed. This report section shows a distribution of how the calendars are being accessed. The number of pages views in the agregate is also stored and displayed in this section.

The 'Events scheduled' section shows when, within the calendars, each event is scheduled. For example all the calendars combined may contain thousands of events that were scheduled more than 120 days ago. You may wish to use the Maintain screen to delete these events..

  • The final section of the report looks like this:

This section displays information about other items in the calendars such as to do list items and contact list items. Finally the calendar with the most events is displayed as a link.
